Embedded (distributed) generation

Generators connected to the distribution network (local, lower-voltage), not the high-voltage transmission network. The system operator has no real-time metering of it, so it's estimated. ≈29% of GB capacity - mostly rooftop/farm solar, smaller onshore wind, CHP, batteries. All solar is embedded.
